We have a combined experience of over 40 years Design & Manufacturing experience from Defence work through to White Goods. Materials ranging from varying thicknesses of Armoured plate through to 0.25mm Aluminium.

Our Sheetmetal Design service is more than just a standard service offered by most companies. The need to reduce cost is always imperitive if contracts are to be won and margains maintained, that's where we come in.

 
Whether you provide us with a design to manufacture or we simply Design from scratch, where ever possible, we will advise and make suggestions to optimise the design and reduce cost on the project without compromising the products form, fit, & function. Anytime this is carried out on a project, the design is submitted back to the customer for approval for manufacture.

During the Design & manufacturing process you the client are kept up to date with images of the progress allowing you to stay in control ensuring minimal delays and avoiding expensive modifications at all times.

Before the finish is added, this can be paint or any type of plating, the client can have the product shipped to them for trial fitting and compilation of any snag list or design changes they may require.

Upon completion of trial fit, your product is returned to us for changes or finishing.

We find that the majority of clients prefer this method when lead times are tight to avoid potiential delays and unforseen problems.
