M.J.M Were awarded the contract to design & manage the
manufacturing of a Crew Station
Systems Integration Laboratory.
After initial meetings,
with our client, they gave M.J.M an outline of their
requirement.
With this outline M.J.M
Proceeded with the Design using our 3D CAD system
Pro/Engineer. Milestone reviews were set in order
for client to approve progress. These Milestones
allowed our client to work in parallel with M.J.M
while working on the Systems Integration equipment which
would be used inside their systems Lab.
Because of the way M.J.M
works, we achieved certain milestones early on allowing us to start fabrication
before completion of the design.
M.J.M has a close working relationship with ADCAM
Fabrications, this relationship has proved invaluable to
clients because we are basically a one stop shop. This
successful working relationship becomes more
apparent when working with tight milestones as was the
situation with this project.
M.J.M & ADCAM have
worked on numerous projects together for the MOD and
commercial markets such as Network Rails Southern Region
upgrade, (Rectifier Enclosures) & the Type 45 Destroyer to
name a few.
This working relationship
allows client projects to have complete continuity resulting
in fewer errors, improved lead times & improved cost
management & cost reduction.
